Gordon draws on broad experience in Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources to channel a firm’s vision and objectives into optimal organizational capabilities. He is widely sought for his skills in persuasion and facilitation to help a firm's executives develop and execute talent strategy.

Gordon's skills have been proven around the globe. He was instrumental in assembling one of the most formidable collections of talent for a large multi-national analytics firm serving Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Johnson & Johnson. In his roles as Chief Learning Officer and Vice President & Global Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Information Resources, Inc., Gordon developed and implemented an enterprise-wide labor arbitrage plan to support an off-shoring initiative to a company based in Bangalore, India and established a learning center for their 1,800 employees. In the U.S. and Europe, he introduced a customer-centric sales effectiveness program that delivered significant return-on-investment within the very first year.

At IRI, he built from scratch a program to identify, develop and deploy high-potential leaders, resulting in 100% retention of the firm’s top talent and a deep succession bench. As a gifted performance coach, he has successfully turned obstacles into opportunities and empowered leaders across all disciplines to do the same.
