Meet Paul Cohen

A seasoned business writer and editor, Paul Cohen has created high-impact articles, journals, and books for more than 20 years. He believes that leaders who find their own voice and articulate a distinctive point of view get greater commitment and better results.
Paul served as editor of Tom Peters's monthly newsletter, On Achieving Excellence, from 1989 to 1995. He then helped launch Leader to Leader, the award-winning management journal published by the Peter Drucker Foundation (now the Leader to Leader Institute), whose authors include Doris Kearns Goodwin, Gary Hamel, Herb Kelleher, Jacques Nasser, Robert Reich, Anita Roddick, and Peter Senge.
Most recently, Paul worked as a senior editor of the respected international journal The McKinsey Quarterly, developing studies of manufacturing operations, customer relationship management, intellectual property development, business acquisition strategy, automotive branding and retailing, and healthcare services.
Paul is co-editor of Leader to Leader (2000), a collection of the best articles and interviews from the journal of the same name, and co-author of Working Wisdom (1995), a study of management-development practices around the world.
